A question about the Web Store, and then an explanation.

Hello, I’m sure some of you may know me as the “BG’s complainer guy” or whatever other name you have thought of.
Anyways, I had my payment information stolen from me about a few weeks ago now- and they charged to this game; only thing I can think of, is that they phished my info somehow.
Still not exactly sure how, but that’s no matter now that I’ve changed cards, payment accounts, etc..
Anyways I have negative contest credits in game now, and while I don’t mind paying them back at all- I was wondering if it was possible to also buy “contest credits” on the web store also.
Any and all help and input would be greatly appreciated, thank you in advance.

    Even if they took your credit card info, and used it for THEIR OWN game account (assuming the thief would also be playing this game on their own too (?).

    Any cancelled payment from that would be negative units on THEIR OWN account, not your game account.

    Now, maybe if you had just purchased something yourself, for your game account, and then cancelled your credit cards, your credit card company may have also reversed your valid charge as part of cancelling the card.
    So in that case, you would have negative units from your own “refunded” purchase.

    Yes, have to re-pay for that purchase by buying a negative unit pack. Not sure if that is an available option on WebStore or just in game ?

    No idea what happened to be honest, that was just my best guess. All I do know, is I’m in the negative balance in game by 300 worth- and my apple account is locked out now also.
    My best guess is my X-Solla account got phished, and then went from there.
    I believe that it’s only in game, no web store unfortunately.

    Look if this guy's lying then I'm sure they'll be a smack down comment from staff in due course... All they would have to do is cross reference where the same payee information is used, would be quite easily identifiable. In the event this guy *might* be telling the truth shall we try something that might be helpful?

    Difficulty with this game is that most of the communications happen off the app. Be mindful of anyone sending you links or files through Discord or Line app, and also be careful of the kinds of personal information you give out to anyone you are talking to 👍
