Late to the party, but finally explored epoch. Honestly ares was the best boss ever made, really a fun and fair challenge, even though he's pretty difficult.

The rewards are pretty good, but obviously I'll get the only rank up gem I didn't want🥲.



Don't have a mutant AG.

    Man, we ligit got the same epoch rewards😂. Okoye is great with out dupe, I pulled and r2d her. I also r4d onslaught, really loving him, plus he will be good for the ordeal.

    Yeah, but it's likely for them to get banned. That's what I'm worried of, If sinister gets banned I have to struggle with bullseye lol

    I also had a skill AG and used it on her - felt like a good investment since she is 1 and done.

    I’ve heard she is a solid bulleye counter, although I haven’t tried her against him yet. I ended up taking my Sinister to R4 so had the same concern you do around having a counter if he gets banned. Have Dazzler awakened and in my deck now and now Okoye, so that made me feel a bit better about taking up Sinister. I also am planning to use Sinister for the Ordeal, and I prefer him to Onslaught, so for me it made the decision easier.

    I say go with unduped onslaught to r4

    many have him at rank 3 at least ( excluding unlucky ones like me 🥲 ) and won’t ban an unduped one

    She gets benefits from maxing DW with her sig ability: "Top-tier armaments grants 3 Ranks of the Deep Wounds Mastery, which is enhanced to include Shock Debuffs and inflict Instant Shocks."
    "For each Rank above Max, the benefits of the Opponent’s Coagulate, Suture, Serum Science, and Mystic Dispersion Masteries are reduced by 25%. Max: 100%."
    I don't really see the benefit unless you're going to face a lot of Mystic defenders with her.

    I would also recommend playing around with her before using resources.
    She seems pretty great but I've heard a few people say they just don't enjoy her mechanics for whatever reason.

    Thanks. That helps. Her combos are big, it's like northstar but imagine northstar being slower on each hit. Her lights have 2 hits but unlike champs with 2 hit attacks like qs and NS, her light hits don't hit fast, they hit at regular speed, so if you tap only 3 times, it actually does only two light attacks. So you have to tap 5 times to get a 3 L attack, or space you taps with 0.5 seconds.

    Yeah, I also have the best bullsehe counter in bgs, stark spidey. I'm just sad sinister and onslut are such generic rank ups. In every other class, I have at least one guy who's a unpopular but great r4 champ. But I ended up getting mutant lol.

    He's coming. Poor planning as I forgot that I needed t3a. I had just traded in 20 t3a in the sigil store before I cancelled my sigil, then realized I needed them for Venom rank up. Two more days then he will appear.

    And all these non-suicide Sinisters make me so sad.

    It's really because I'm very indecisive with generic r4 materials, and it's definitely going to be wayy more tough once I complete ordeal, to pick a r4 option.

    But with class gems, I narrowed down few options in each class except mutant and skill
    Science - luke / ham
    Mystic - wiccan (really love this guy)
    Cosmic - venom(very unlikely though cuz he's still unduped).
    Tech - sparky or ironman.

    And after epoch got okoye who's a very solid skill r4. She's definitely going to shine a lot.

    And this all mutant options are boring. And none do really need r4

    I thought of r4ing dpx, but took him against WS and one sp2 sp1 rotation killed him. Similarly teo sp1 killed him. Most bg level healthpools are lower than this so r4 dpx is literally a overkill. So is r4 sunspot.

    If onslut was duped, I would have went with him.

    If you are willing to wait and dont grind in GC past the 1st win, then you could also potentially wait for Jean or Cyclops. However i believe jean has a similar amount of time to kill as deadpool (sp1 then sp2 or vice versa but both needing 3 bars of power). Rogue would be hella fun if she won but that would take too long for her to come
