Science Rank Up and Sig question

I’m trying to decide who to use my Science rank up gem and 50 science sig stones from Epoch on.

One option is to focus on defense, and rank up Thing who is already sig 60 as well as drop the sig stones into him. That would get him to sig 110.

Probably the smarter thing to do would be to put the sigs in either Photon or Titania and then rank up a utility player like Overseer or Spider Punk.

My science roster is probably my most stacked (with Mutant) so I’ve already got a lot of dual threats at rank - including Spider Ham at R4. That’s why I’m thinking I might go the Photon/Utility route. But, a beefy Thing in the right meta could be scary so…If I did go that route I’d probably R3 him in the coming couple of months.

Hmmm good point @captain_rogers - maybe I should sig him up vs. Photon. Why SpiderPunk vs. Overseer?

Punk has more utilities. Most new mystics counter overseer's abilities.
