Out of all my 7* champs, I decided that these two are who I wanted to rank up the most, but can't decide who to choose between the two of them.

Imo neither. Both of them benefit massively from their awakening and are beasts even at sig 1, so I'd just wait to dupe one of them before taking any action

Medusa is one tier above Hyperion. Even unawakened Medusa is better than duped Hyperion.
