Can we talk about the 10 x 5* crystals in Nightmare Raids Loot?

Seriously, you can't tout nightmare raids as having greater rewards and have this as a possible outcome.
I have 3 times the score of anyone in my BG at the moment and the best spin I can put on this is that I have 5,500 6* shards if they're all max sig.
I get RNG, RNG had always been horrible in these raid loot boxes and doesn't reward based on contribution. Out of the last 3 x 10 valiant crystals, I have 30 x 5*s. Has nothing changed in the shift to nightmare?
Brand new and it already feels very stale.
