dex not being registered / repeat block-breaks

I’ve been having repeat block-breaks all day, in both quests and war. Yes it’s a game feature, but it’s happening at more highly alarming rate than usual.

The last few days I’ve noticed that dexing has been completely off.

Currently on 8.2.3, I restarted a Fight against Jubilee, using Jack…. The first fight registered dexing during specials. Now it’s not doing it at all, I attempted both the first and second hit of her special 1 and zero joy came of it.
