Who’s better to take up? Black Panther (Civil War) or OG Falcon?

Falcon is a great counter for evade champs, black panther can do some damage, but that's it. I actually did rank up my falcon recently, bpcw wasn't even a consideration, will stay r1 forever unless they buff him again

Falcons lockon ability is one of the best utilities in the game as it counters so many things.

It counters evade and mixmaster node, gets through most autoblocks, bypasses Hazard Shift node, Thorns type damage such as nodes or contact damage from Korg and Electro, Thing's rock stacks, activating Hulkling's regens as well as others, pevents Magik's limbo, and more.

It really depends on what you need. BPCW is very light on utility, but has extremely potent burst damage. Falcon has some of the best utility in the game with his 100% DAAR, and has decent damage (better against evade champs). If you’ve got that utility in your roster, then go BPCW, if you don’t, then I’d say Falcon.

I’ve always loved Falcon for hies ease of use. His lock on is helpful for so much. Just need to awaken him now.
