Hey kabam...I have taken sigil subscription last month..I cancelled it yesterday...today was renewal date...even though I had cancelled subscription I lost money today...I'm attaching details below

    Have you disabled auto pay on the upi app? Contact kabam via support they can't be much of a help here.

    @KabamPinwheel kindly look into this.

    I cancelled subscription...removed it from an app gpay...but in another app it was on...it really makeing me sad...I was saving money for my another purpose..when message come it was a heart ache for me..

    Did you just cancel it today? Probably didn't do it in time.

    I cancelled subscription yesterday...but auto pay was on in an application..it automatically debit my money...but thanks to kabam they returned my money...my head spin when money was debited...but due to their kindness they give my money back as soon as I posted thread...really appreciate effort taken by people behind this

    ... Did you open a ticket to Kabam? Cause you might have gotten the refund; but they might put you on negative units if it wasn't refunded by Kabam directly...

    He cancelled it on game, but he set up autopay on this specific application , which he have to cancel manually and he forgot..

    They given my money back without any stipulation..they really helped me as soon as I posted this thread...I really appreciate their efforts..
