Raid revive questions

Hello Kabam
A couple quick questions about reviving in raids
1) I know a previous post mentioned 7 extra ASAP. Do you have a timeline for what ASAP means in this specific circumstance? I know things can take time and I think the community would appreciate knowing the estimated timeline for that as ASAP can mean a lot of different things in different realms
2) why are the only eligible revives the raids ones when previously all alliance quest revives were eligible? It's entirely possible I missed something that may have answered this question, but I haven't been able to figure out the answer from the people I know so I'm coming here.
