It's all coming together..titan crystal + rebalance timing

With the Scream / Jack rebalance announcement today, it finally makes sense why it will be ~9-12 months before new champs enter the basic pool, it's to coincide with their rebalance go-live dates. Patriot's buff will go live more than a year after his release, Kabam is using the extended timings (of both the rebalancing program and titan pool rotations) to diminish the value of the titan crystal. Titans will always have new champs and why increase the value of the crystal by having the new champs buffed while still in the crystal. I have to say that it's a brilliant move.
