Modok is getting a buff!!!

According to the new Rebalance info.

How would you buff Modok?
Like, what abilities in Particular would you put in his kit, and what would u throw away?
I really like the Spectre like passive during his sp1, I think there should be a way to ramp it's potency up to the point it makes the regan rate of the enemy to go down by a few hundreds! Not just -200%.

I mean ofc his kit has much more to it than say pre buff Juggernaut,but that's still an extremely old champ
This. They mention rework and overhaul separately from a batch update if you read it that way. Also, in the past any kind of batch update like these were usually just numbers or slight kit adjustments nothing that adds or takes away abilities which they stated in the past was the objective of a rework or overhaul.
They have also said this. Mister sinister and superior iron man were more than value changes. Modok and yondu look closer to those two.
If you have three seats in the Uber and the next Uber won’t be coming for at least six months, why give up two seats to old champs before you even know if a new champ like bird boy is going to need an update?
It just doesn’t seem to make sense to me. If you were Kabam, why lock yourselves into Yondu and Modok six months in advance?

The unique ability is in the basic kit, flux does not increase randomly but based on the time elapsed if you use it in attack(max potency after 60 sec), while if you face it as a defender it increases as its health decreases, flux passively reduces the opponent's damage by 30%, the heavy attack suspends personal debuffs for 5 seconds and puts 4 guaranteed incinerate (max 4), the special 1 reduces the power gain and regeneration not only for those hits but for 6 seconds, the special 2 gets the maximum potency of flux, inflicts 3 bleed debuffs for each hit or rupture in case of immunity, the duration increases up to 150% based on the flux, the special 3 inflicts 10 random debuffs for 60 seconds, for each consecutive activation however it suffers a 40% duration penalty, the new unique ability inflicts instant physical damage with each hit based on how many debuffs the opponent has, personal debuffs increase the effectiveness by 60%.
Why do some champs get 1 or 2 or even 3 reworks 🤣.
