when will he ever be able to make use of 5%? We get whole ones and because of the lack of consistent ways to get them, it’s quite literally useless considering by the time they’re more readily available 5% will mean nothing, unless you could consistently get 5% meaning it’d add up, but 20 raids for 1 t7b doesn’t sound nice. Useless reward

Unless I'm mistaken, every single resource we've ever used before, t4c, t5c, t6c, t6b, t3a, t4 etc, always started as fragments here and there. T7b was technically no different during the banquet and now raids. Kabam has been extremely generous giving us the Ordeal and epoch and carina challenges to get 3 whole ones.for free already. Fragments add up. It's has ALWAYS been that way.
