Normally dies if big attack lol he aint saving u thats for sure but of course people will defend it as they will say use blade

Easy access to t4a and t6b thru mysterium, I am actually running short on those lately.

You can just run the lowest difficulty for the same amount of mysterium. Just like EQ, the lower autoplay content is more valuable than the highest difficulty.

Biggest issue I had was coming out of Root on the path. If you’re going to let the node hold the attacker a split second longer than the defender’s special, at least give the attacker an evade charge. Otherwise, punishing defender specials post-root isn’t happening.

Root is fine—if it works as advertised. But someone doing the coding is screwing up the timing for nodes and for champs who root (Rintrah).

As for Magik, tag team of Silk and Nefaria sufficient, but that Limbo damage is stiff.

The two ways to counter Magik (generically, not with specific nodes) are extreme power control or AAR. A good RNG Crossbones could probably go a whole fight without her ever triggering limbo. Similarly, Dormammu could do the fight without her ever getting a bar of power, but then you’re using Dormammu. Or in something like AW where you can throw on a power start boost, you could power lock off the rip with Psylocke, just gotta make sure you never dex to give mystic dispersion power.

Advice given from the trenches of when she was a meta defender, years ago.

As with any champ that has unavoidable damage, they make the money off the counters. I didn't bother to look ahead and selected all cosmics and got through fight 2 before realizing it. Deathless Thanos got through it at about 40%. As for counters, don't forget about P99. I wonder how Bastion would do since he can regen back unavoidable damage.

I lost my R3 Silk, America, and Kushala to Magik and they were all at full health.

With the rotating stun immune, the countdown timer to being rooted, and most importantly the Limbo damage - I had all three of my top champs die before Magik was killed and she still has another 20% left.

I'm certainly not playing this stupid fight 4 times (2 more than necessary) just for the dumb cavalier shards.
