Kingpin Vs. Kate Bishop

I've been throwing out posts about how good various champs are for XYZ content in the past few weeks, and I've ultimately come down to this major question. I'm not only looking for binary "Kingpin" or "Kate" thoughts with this discussion, but also holistic evaluations of their strengths and weaknesses among various forms of content. I'm about to spend all my resources taking one to r4, and I'm really hoping the dedicated players on this forum could provide some higher-level insight than I'm incapable of generating myself before I make a solid long-term decision.

Kingpin is great for Bahamet, so I'd go with him (unless you've already passed 8.2 since your last post. I also like him due to the ease of use, and I'm not a fan of perfect release mechanics. If I could do that without think and paying attention, it would be a closer call for me.

Kingpin is a great story content champion, and that’s where he really just strives, every now and then he can handle his own in bgs if the meta is good, but he’s not crazy good there unless it’s a specific match, and he can’t do much in anything besides most of story ( I still was using him in 9.1) and maybe eq.

Kate is honestly on another level, once you get good at doing perfect release ( which really isn’t that hard ) there’s pretty much not a lot she can’t do, so much utility as well, and her synergy with Chavez makes her so overpowered . She can do crazy things in pretty much all content, even in battlegrounds where I manage to do some solid matches. Overall she’s probably the better choice then kingpin, and who I would definitely be choosing if I were you.
