Veteran and Legend Title

Has Kabam fixed the issue with changing the Veteran title back to a Legend title?
Even after re-selecting the Legend title, the Veteran one still remains underneath the player profile icon while the Legend title only appears as the small text where normal titles would be shown.

Selecting the TITLE is just that, the Title.

What people want is to be able to choose their BANNER too (for those that have 2+ of them, Legend, Veteran, Creator, etc).

But that has not been an option.
