Can someone at kabam tell me why the xsolla store isn’t working for purchases? I’m using the same card in game yet it won’t let me use it on the web store. @KabamPinwheel

    Hey Nichoas, is this a recent issue or has this always been a problem for you? Have you sent in a support ticket for this before?

    I have never had this issue. It’s new I can’t seem to figure out where to send any help ticket on that site. I use the same card regularly.

    Were you still logged into the WebStore from an earlier session ? Sometimes will keep you logged in for a day or 2 (?) if you don’t specifically logout.

    If so, try logging out and logging back in fresh again.

    (that has helped some ppl who are not able to see offers, if they didn’t refresh their login)

    CARD is highlighted, is that what your current payment method is ?

    And is that a true Credit Card ? Or debit card, store card, or even pre-paid like Vanilla ?

    Some pre-paid types (Vanilla, etc) have had problems recently (or maybe always, but at least recent).
    If Xsolla maybe does a “Pre-Auth”, and certain cards don’t like that ?
