Honest question. What is the best way to get support in this game?

I bought offers in the web store to acquire points towards acquiring Bastion but for some reason did not get credit for the points that I purchased. Why do I have to wait 48 hours between kabam support responses?

Is there a better way to get a response outside of submitting a ticket?

    Weekend started, you can try the chat on Xsolla support they might be faster.

    Unfortunately Xsolla referred me to kabam after confirming my purchases we’re legit. This has been going since Tuesday.
