This video is much more my voice. The casual player experience sucks… monthly content needs to feel more rewarding than what it has for a long time. And no, no one is asking for it to include an R4 7 star gem in monthly content.

Have the Everest stuff for the sweaty try hards and the content creators, but quit neglecting the fact there a bunch of valiants out here that aren’t that.

Timing yes, content no. Lagacy, Vega, KT1, etc are all coming at this from the same perspective (and there is nothing wrong with that). And lo and behold, Kabam moves within 24 hours to announce changes to where their main criticisms are leveled from a top tier perspective.

Seatin jumps in from the casual player perspective to remind Kabam “uh, there are other groups out here too you know…”. I actually think in this instance it’s perfectly timed

Cheers for the saga opinion seatin, I also think it’s been poorly execution.

That glorious games champ pool was TERRIBLE, my only option to r2 was Wong, the only good option I had. (No regrets but it was terrible)

Arcade games was the best, good chase champ, good pool, good theme.

After reading the long BG post and watching Seatin's perspective I was able to connect a few dots (I know i am surprised too 🤯).
Kabam's strategy for a while has been retaining players, and the strategy is not based on retaining by making it fun, exciting or presenting something new. The strategy used and abused has been retaining by making the stick attached to the carrot longer. How? Sagas, don't expect anything new in a monthly bases. Not even new marvel movie events, special calendar events. No no, play for 3 months to complete a saga, want to buy a champ thru the track? Pay for it, you don't know much about the rework but if you pay for it you will get it in 3 months.
How can a game feel exciting like this?

I don’t agree with paying for something you don’t know what will be. That’s why I waited until the Beta Ray deep dive to purchase it.

Dazzler was a good example of knowing what you’re getting.

Considering the fact he isn’t even finished tells you everything you need to know, and they expect me to pay? Nuh uh.
