In Search of a New Alliance

I've recently been made the leader of an alliance I've been in for a while, but it has started to die off due to lack of engagement. I'm in search for a gold aw alliance, with somewhat engagement in BGS and minimal engagement in aq (I always forget to do aq). If you have a spot open that fits that I would greatly appreciate it
