Summoners sigil

I’m having problems cancelling the monthly sigil it says it’s cancelled each month but then takes the money again getting annoyed now as I don’t think it’s worth paying for is there a way of taking my bank details off so this can’t continue ps I also did the the link to go straight into account but it just makes me put a 4 digit code then refreshes the screen saying put in a 4 digit code after every code I put in I will no longer spend a single penny until this subscription is cancelled anyone else having this problem?

Another summoner recently had this issue and was able to get a refund, though I don't remember if they got it through Kabam or their bank (which can make a significant difference.
At what point in the month are you canceling it?

2 days before it needs renewing it’s just a pain I don’t think it’s worth having if I’m honest for me the old sigil was better

Pluses and minuses overall. They trashed the store with this version, but overall it's better. The renewing subscription is the worst aspect of it all. That never should've been a thing.
It is possible that you're canceling too close to the renewal date and that is what is causing the issue, but no one can deny the possibility that it just isn't working right. Did you subscribe through the game, or the webstore? I will say that after the first round of it I canceled a day or two before and had no issues and I subscribed through the webstore.

The web store if it continues I will just contact my bank which will be a shame as I don’t mind spending a little for something I get pleasure during my spare time but if need be over a few quid will no longer purchase any more
