What’s even the point in this made such a hype about it and was all for absolutely nothing. Refined xp is useless you get absolutely zero for leveling past 60 they sell me refined xp in sigil (was the only reason I nuy it. ) to discover I’ve wasted my time my money for absolutely nothing in return no extra energy no extra mastery no units nothing at all so then what’s the point ?

Nevermind, below in spoiler was from the Level 62 issue, not Level 61.

If you did it prior to (was that this month or last month ?) before 2* Ultron officially existed in game, then yes you didn’t get the stuff.
*but by now (it was a long wait for those people), I believe everyone in that situation have been sent out their L62 stuff.

If you became L62 AFTER that mow month hit, when 2* Ultron officially was in game, then you DID get the stuff at the time of reaching L62.

**disclaimer, if maybe some of those items were sent out via In-Game Mail Rewards Msg (like the early L61 that had to wait), and then you DID NOT actually return to game before such Mail Msg would have Expired (check Stash-Rewards, expired mail stays in there for longer than the mail msg itself). If you let them expire, then maybe they were indeed lost.
