I think I got my worst choice for r4 gem… who should I use it on?

I am lost on who to rank here… I want them both for offense and defense. Thanks for your
advice!

    My issue isn’t lack of good champions, it’s out of all these great ones, who is the most ideal for r4 & good versatility.

    purgatory if you can awaken and r4. such a monster. otherwise you have meta options like chavez/kush or juggs.

    CHAVEZ. She is a beast on attack and a pain in defense if you do not bring the right champion. The energy damage from Dark Dimension is crazy. I took silk against her and accidently triggered dark dimension and man did I see the hp drain.
    KUSHALA. She is another great option but there are many other champions that weigh in terms of versatility than her. Prime examples being WONG, RINTRAH and SCARLET WITCH SIGIL. Some other champions such as CHAVEZ and DESTROYER are more preferable than her.

    So overall go for AMERICA CHAVEZ and Make America Great Again.

    As far as dual threats go, you've got some pretty great options. Chavez is only finding more relevance as of late, and still is a wonderful defender should the need arise. Dragon Man is also a good option, as he is a monster on offense, benefits very well from rank-ups, and is a pretty reliable defender depending on the meta. Sasquatch is great as well, but I personally think he needs that awakening to really push him over the edge.

    Kushala is good simply because of amount of raw versatility she has. She is an alright defender on buff heavy matches, but her value would mainly be on offense. I'd say the same thing for Juggs and Hood (especially because you have him awakened which adds to his defensive aspect more). On the other end, Mangog and Man-Thing have some amazing defensive value, but I'd struggle to use either of them in any offensive capability over other champs.

    I can't really speak for the validity of Shathra, Spiral, or White Tiger, as I don't own any of them at a reasonable rarity to make that call. There are also other factors that you don't have, like Rintrah or Destroyer

    Personally, I'd go with Chavez or, perhaps controversially, Dragon Man. Chavez is and always will be a monster dual threat, but I don't really know how badly she needs that extra rank, as her damage on specials is already very good. Dragon Man's damage is sustained rather than burst, so having another rank would help his speed directly. Plus he also gets immunities and and is decently tanky.

    Sassy phenomenal attackee and defender and ideally you want to r4 defenders over attackers first so sassy is perfect

    kush is amazing for offense, so is juggs. but if you want a good attacker and defender rank in one, i'd go sassy then chavez. me being me id probably rank kush

    personally i would pick juggs. You guys might disagree and say that it is overkill, and he will be permabanned in Bgs, but hey, i find him very useful in questing, aq and aw. He is just too safe to play as, and having ridiculously fast damage output.

    Also if you have a juggs duped relic (even 4 or 5 star relic) put it on him man, its awakening ability will boost your damage by a lot

    Chavez or Juggs. Personally, I would go for Chavez.
    Don't sleep on Purgatory as well, she might be the most fun to play!
