Someone forgot to press SAVE inbetween changing the other 2 BG's ?

Or even if supposedly done correctly, other people looking at it afterwards didn’t see they weren’t all Nightmare ?
Or some officer changed them back at last minute ?

Or (unlikely) was it really all setup for Nightmare for all BG's, double and triple checked, and somehow the game decided to do something different for you once the week started ?

Can you show screenshot of your tickets please with the dates??? Or something similar which proves that within 1 hour of live or before enlistment you send tickets or something like that

I can't answer that question. It just seems very weird that it was 2 BGs somehow didn't get un-enlisted (which is the more common bug) but somehow pushed to normal raids.... Or did an officer just mess up and here you are. Weird you don't post the replies from support either because you won't just get an automated message for this.

Officers do have screenshots of the tickets but showing a random does no good. Point In the post was to get mod attention. People who actually can try to help and not just be a troll.

What’s more likely.. a game that has constant bugs every single day, including the raids themselves being bugged enough to require compensation… or a top 20 ally who has never messed up enrollment doing so. I don’t really care if random people on the forums believe me lol

I am also interested in that but seems as I predicted OP don't have anything. Just another story for free stuff. No proof even if they submitted the ticket right away or enlistment screenshot after it somehow downlisted then instead of usual de-listed .
New bug in market from OP's perspective

You’re some nobody on the forums just blabbing to look smart. I asked the officers to post the tickets but it is the middle of the day on a work week have some patience or stay quiet. We didn’t even join aq the first 2 days bc we wanted our tickets responded to before we joined and hoped it could be reverted. We are usually rank 16-18 in aq so we know how to enlist. We were upset but were willing to unhappily take the L until they said they were offering even more compensation on top. Now it’s even more of an unfair situation.

But how long has it been since you actually last changed your Enlistment (prior to Nightmare) ?

Could be new Officers in there, who have never actually done Enlistment, just the fighting or offline planning that gets you to 16-18 rank.

Could have been a long time by now, maybe back to when Raids first came out (or maybe a month after that) ? Or when was it that the top map was released ?

Essentially all the same officers. This is far too many “what if’s” they check enlistment every single week regardless of regular aq or raids.

Hi there. I’m in SGA-1 as well. Fairly certain we were enlisted 3 BGs Nightmare raids. Not sure why we only got 1. Ended up screwing over the other 2 BGs. Like my teammate said we sent them several emails but no clear answer.

I had to check multiple times and get the correct maps

as it used to say nightmare raids but the picture was of (thor profx hood medusa) it displayed correctly after changing but would display incorrectly if I checked next day

Totally the same thing. Insane how brave people feel on a forum post. If this happened to you, you would want to get it fixed too. Same as everyone in the game. It’s always a fight with this community lol.

So here's what I've gathered. There does appear to have been a display related bug where some alliances enlisted for Nightmare but it appeared like they got normal raids, but upon entering the raid was actually a Nightmare raid: this was just a display related issue. You're saying you believe your alliance leader enlisted you for 3BG nightmare but only got 1BG nightmare and 2BG normal, and you imply this was confirmed by players actually entering the map. You opened support tickets but didn't get anywhere. It is possible support misunderstood your complaint and believed you were only seeing the display bug and not an actual enlistment bug, or they might have been overwhelmed with Nightmare raid related tickets and closed all of them pending a global solution from Kabam.

If this wasn't absolutely clear in your support tickets you should have your leader open a new support ticket and explain that you enlisted for three but your players entered and explicitly saw one nightmare and two normal. If additional players open tickets have the leader open one first, and then have the members (who entered in the normal raid maps) reference the ticket number the leader gets assigned and have them specifically state they were supposed to enter the nightmare map but were incorrectly given the normal map, and ask if they are entitled to receive the nightmare raid compensation because the only reason they didn't get it was due to what they believe was a bug.

I cannot say if this will help in any way, but that's what I would do given what you're saying happened. It is up to the devs to examine the game logs and make any determination as to what remedy if any to offer. Try to be specific, just articulate the exact problem and the exact situation with no additional commentary or questions, as this can side track support. Have them focus on the specific issue and nothing else.

Show the proof. Doesn't matter if you are top 10 or 20. You just want free stuff that's it. I genuinely tried to help you out and also tagged a guardian to look in this particular situation. But seems you lack evidence. Just show ticket screenshots with dates and you have really solid case
We had my cousin did my necro which i was not aware of. Then we had my brother did my rank up. Now we have that we didn't do raids because we didn't do night mare raids as we were scared but will pretend that we enlisted so we can free stuff disguised as fruit of labor, tho labor done by other players.

Cmon OP, I called out your BS And you have nothing. If you are telling truth the share the screenshots. As I said, Guardians might have helped you better.

Edit: As DNA 300 said, it might have been display bug but that doesn't seem the case it would have taken to you nightmare raids once you entered it. Double check even if you enlisted for nightmare raids for all Bgs in first place

We sent another ticket earlier today after compensation was announced and we were told they can’t access an aq that already ended to check it out. It was 100% the wrong raid where we entered and explored the map. Not sure if that’s bs or not but we will try what you suggested, thank you.
