Compensation packages?

When are we likely to see the Compensation packages in regards to service outages etc etc?

I hope Kabam is working out the package and method of distribution, instead of hoping everyone will forget and move on as if nothing has happened. They did mention in the post about looking into some kind of compensation, hopefully they can get this done before Xmas holidays. Good luck to all of us! Cheers!!
