Alliance battle group enlistment problem

Hi everyone as you can see I'm enlisted in bg3 but due to some bug I can't join bg3 I'm getting option to join bg1

Nope, it says ASSIGNED, not ENLISTED.

But what that only means is that leadership has made RECOMMENDED Assignments for people. But people don’t actually have to follow that (and the game does not lock you into that).
That's all those are, is Recommended, leadership can not dictate the game to only allow you into a certain BG.

So I assume instead, that you actually have Defenders placed in BG1, which means that is the only one you can join in on Attack.

If you happen to look, but don’t see your defenders in the current war's “Hard” difficulty map in which you’re playing this war, it still might be that you have defenders in place on one of the other Difficulty Levels (in that same BG1). Check the UP(+) and DOWN(-) Difficulty Maps in BG1 and you may be there (even if not in the “Hard” current difficulty).

Ok, what do you mean by “Enlisted” ?

Did you place your defenders in BG3 (prior to this current war), but then can only join BG1 for attack ??
Were you maybe setup with defenders in BG1 previously, and then recently switched your defenders to BG3 instead (but that was maybe after the cutoff point at which Kabam matching system had already locked in defenders for the current war) ?

Or do you mean you added yourself to the list of 10 people assigned to that BG3 on the “Assignments” screen ? (which, I’ll then refer back to my earlier comment)

Do you still have your defenders anywhere ?

We are having problems with our alliance too, I don't know what's going on?
