Understand the frustration - Nightmare compensation.
I won't be the only one that had absolutely 0 faith that Kabam would be able to launch Nightmare Raids without issue because, frankly, the last year of raiding has taught us they couldn't. Bugs and errors including but not limited to;
- Not being able to select Raid champ for standard content
- When the above was fixed, selected raid nodes applying through Standard content (2 day period), applying insane damage boosts and leaving me not wanting to clear anything in case I was tagged as a bug abuser.
- All champs being tagged as "Raids: Vanguard".
- Role charges disappearing.
- Role charges not building.
- Role charges not applying damage boosts.
- D'Thanos boss having 10% of the health pool he was meant to have 😂 it's such a basic error! Yet we're meant to believe they can reasonably modify Korg's base kit to suit the Raid numbers? A naive and silly decision as they could have literally chosen any average defender with a kit they didn't have to change, followed by incompetent implementation.
*and that's just Raids*
I've participated in and arranged BG's for every raid since release, it's my favourite content in the game, but there is such a negative track record I thought I'd swerve the grief of content that was "Nightmare" by description and was proven to be "Nightmare" by implementation. I won't have been the only one making that decision, and when we do, it's the most lucrative Raid, *ever*, to take part in for the completely wrong reasons.
I'm genuinely happy for those that are getting something for the suffering of that Raid, and I'm not justifying anyone seeking compensation for not taking part, but there's a big thread bashing someone for saying the same thing in a less developed way. Please understand the frustrations of those who chose not to take on the gamble and stress of new content for the intended rewards, given the track records of bad bugs and poor gameplay, and ended up effectively losing out on more than they thought they would.
