LOST UNITS

Hi guys - I lost 10000 units from my account last week. I have no idea what happened, went to sleep and woke up and all the units have gone. I have submitted ticket after ticket and I have not received even a single response from Kabam. Can anyone help me, I am not sure what to do and I am this close to just leaving this game forever!
