The LINE search function isn't working properly so I can't chat whit you there... yet.
However, I am in an alliance that is looking to fill some spots and I think we might have what you and your friends are looking for. The only condition we don't meet is the alliance rating size, but I think we have the philosophy and outlook of an alliance that size.
