Who should I Ascend ?

I haven't tried any of this 5 star champion so iam a bit confused who to ascend my current progress is stuck on 6.2.5 suggest champion like Hercules
and Hulk who can carry out anywhere

    Sentry, Sinister, Spider-Punk; these are the champs I use most on end-game content like Necro and EoP, and if I was starting over in Act 6 with 5*s, I'd rank up and use these champs.
