AI not throwing their specials

Anyone else notices the AI is even more worse now they just hold their specials? I had an AI that was holding their special for 20+ seconds which is absurd.. They push you all the way to your corner and all you can do now is Dex their heavy attack constantly. In my opinion its definitely not normal and so boring.

I noticed during off season when I was testing the hurt locker, the AI backed off and played so defensive, I couldn’t do anything. If I tried to heavy I would get interrupted or they would’ve used a special attack. The AI has IQ this season lol.

BGs AI was definitely stingy in my three matches last night—as in, holding 20+ seconds stingy.

Small sample size, but I thought we had addressed this a couple of builds ago?

I was fighting goof dragonman,
He must've danced around for 20 seconds, refusing to throw sp2 despite how many time I stunned him but the moment he turned red, he threw it, like he didn't wait for 1 more frame, immediately sp3

I noticed I can bait specials by moving foward. The moment I get tired I just move in and defender will throw a special to my face. Its awesome! Yay

Exactly that. The whole game has turned in a game where you can only quake through.

Yeah and when I’m playing fant man, they immediately throw their specials when they have a power detonation on them.

Its especially annoying when the CPU throws the SP3 so fast when power gain goes to 3 bars that it doesn't even turn red on the meter.

Was just fighting arcus in necropolis, and happened 3 times.

I'm not saying it isn't the strategy I would do if I were the CPU... but this is meant to be a game and the opponent to be defeated if you take the right actions.

Dancing from 1.5 bars to 3 bars and not throwing the special, then throwing before it turns red... is not fun, is not a challenge, is just an item tax.

Kabam has addressed this the AI is just rng when it comes to making any action it does suck but they’re currently trying to improve it

If their making it so champs don't throw their specials make it consistent with the sp3. Throwing it straight away after baiting for 30 seconds

I been having this issue the last few days as well.
Mainly between bg's and 9.2 is where I'm noticing it.
War and AQ have been fine though, oddly enough.
