Clarification on Valiant Crystal pity system.

I believe it was stated that every 10th crystal was a promised 7 star but is this for every Valiant Crystal or is it only for when they have that unique featured crystal (I think the last one was for Luke Cage). For instance, if I pop 10 of the current Bastion Valiant crystals am I guaranteed a 7 star?

    It is for a specific crystal set that is for the pity system. Regular valiants or featured valiants do not have the system built in.

    Only for special crystals with such descriptions. And it's a guarantee every 30, not 10.

    Oh good thank you for clarifying. I was going to pop some Bastion crystals but they are definitely not worth it now.
