Mcoc - Frank Castle concept

They say KABAM wouldn't buff trophy champ, so, why don't they make a new version of punisher apart from cgr, called Frank Castle.
Always active-
Punisher take 20% less damage from critical hits.
Punisher is immune to Mind Control.
Punisher is immune to Fear and Trauma debuff/passive.
Punisher can bypass resistance.
When fighting #Villains-
Place an indefinite Armor Break Passive on the opponent.
When the opponent is bleed immune-
Place Rupture debuff instead with the same potential as bleed.
Open Wound-
Open Wound passive can be stack up to 5.
When the opponent is Open Wounded, Punisher's attack has 20% chance to inflict bleed debuff for 3 seconds.
One Open Wound has 20% chance to inflict bleed, if another Open Wound passive is added, the chance increases at the same amount.
When Charging Heavy Attack-
100% chance to place a Crush debuff on the opponent, prevents incoming attacks from being block. If this triggers, it'll go on cooldown for 15 seconds after Crush debuff ends.
As a defender, Crush debuff is permanent until the first attack landed.
Special 1-
Gain 2 stacks of cleanse passive.
If this Cleanse purifies a debuff, Punisher regenerates 5% of his health.
Special 2-
Place 1 Open Wound passive on the opponent.
This attack has X block penetration.
Special 3-
Place 3 Open Wound passive on the opponent.
Place a permanent Slow passive on the opponent.
Signature ability-
Defy Pain:
Punisher starts the fight with a flack jacket passive, allow him to reduce opponent special attack by 25%-90%. If this triggers, it goes on cooldown for 35-12 seconds.
Once per fight, when p
lunisher is about to knock out, he has 200% chance to gain an Indestructible and Unblockable passive for 4-10 seconds.
