Sinister, and invest every sig you can. No other way to dupe him and his sig is really really good. Dazzler second but you could dupe her from titan

He's that good, and he's the only one that you can't dupe naturally right now.

The persistent benefits are good. But the 3 random effects at start really make a difference sometimes.

…my advice is watch videos and learn how to play Sinister after you’ve awakened him with your mutant AG.
