toughest tech defender?

so as the title suggests im curious to see what the community thinks is the most annoying tech defender or the one most of us struggle against, mostly in BGs or AW

Sorry, I forgot to qualify. I was specifically talking about BG due to Sentinel's crankiness. I know BRB (and some others) can easily handle him, but I don't run them in my deck.

if you got BRB i suggest adding him to your deck, my R3 BRB came up clutch in a lot of matches for me, nukes any non shock immune champs in 40-50 secs max

Red Skull has so many solid counters these days and Arcade is pretty easy if you understand his kit and keep knocking him down while avoiding his gas clouds, Zola's just a nightmare for me to fight in general since you can't parry him or punish his heavy with your own with most champs.

Zola for me too.
While he doesn't need a specific counter like some of the other techies, he also doesn't get completely run over by any specific counter either.
Actually from what I've seen someone like Juggs is one of the best options to deal with him.

Sentinel is just too tanky.

Also if you have trouble with arcade, try to use a nuke who kills him without letting him throw a special (power control or someone who kills fast).

Arcade isn't that difficult; once you get used to baiting heavy attacks and punishing them with your own heavy, the animation gives you plenty of time for that.

But I can't seem to find the right spacing for Armid Zola's heavy. I hate fighting him, at least until I get used to finding the proper spacing to punish his heavy attack with my own.

Although some of the tech champion you mentioned are solid defenders.

Buffed sentinel with armor break immunity and has faster ramp up to 100 analysis can be mildly frustrating in a power gain node.

Arnim Zola is annoying if you don't have a counter.

This. To fight him using a champ that can’t parry non contact and doesn’t have access to stun mid combo it depends on the animations of the champ. Champs like spider ham can punish his heavy because of his long dash back but then you look at a lot of other champs with short dashes and it becomes way more of a problem.

If the heavy part is the problem then why are you voting Arcade over Zola? You can't even parry Zola in the first place and most champs in game can't heavy counter his heavy.

Maybe other people know this already, but I just discovered my Zola counter: Scream.
She can stun him all day; just parry the first hit and autoblock the second hit.
