Advice on Rank-Ups for Act 7 and Beyond

Hi everyone,
I'm a player who stopped playing in 2021 and came back in mid-February with a new account. I became Throne Breaker about ten days ago, and thanks to the updated Act 5 rewards I received yesterday, my new account is already further ahead than my previous one—even though I played on that one for years, lol.
Anyway, I need some advice on who to rank up for Act 7 and beyond, as everything from this point on is completely new to me. I’d like to waste as few resources as possible and focus only on champions that are truly useful.
