Ordeal Thanos - visual bug leaves the screen in cinema mode

Already shared the video with Kabam but here is a screenshot. As soon as thanos enters a new stage/activates a stone. The screen will alternate between regular viewing and this "cinematic" mode wherein everything is much smaller with a large black bar on the bottom and top. Got me killed several times because timing and visuals were off, or in 2 cases it would switch from this to the normal enlarged screen after a momentary lag, inwhich thanos would be punching my face in before I could react in a timely manner.

In true kabam fashion, when I reported it, I was thanked for the information, they acknowledged "yep that's a bug." RAther than acknowledge it cost me a bunch of resources, simply let me know if any compensation is to happen it'll be due to multiple players and distrubuted later, ticket closed.

    Did kabam offer you anything other than "We have shared it with a team, we appreciate you telling us, ticket closed"

    You should put in a report. Only way they will note it as a widespread issue
