On the look for a new Alliance

As the title says, not sure how to go about finding an alliance as mine is become a retirement alliance.
Im valiant and have a decent roster but probably the playing quality of a paragon. UK based, teacher is my profession so looking for a well established alliance that is still understanding of home/work life.

Anyone out there looking?

    The Alliance recruitment tab on the home screen is where you need to look :)
