Valiant (paragon standard) looking for new home

My current alliance has just been announced to be a retirement alliance.
Im valiant and have a decent roster but probably the playing quality of a paragon. UK based, teacher is my profession so looking for a well established alliance that is still understanding of home/work life. Would rather join and stick rather than move around.

    War g4 all we care about is loyalty and staying in a tier that give us a decent amount no boost or item use needed and we dont care if u gotta rev ur way outta trouble.
    Aq map 6 and map 3/4 join if u want just be active if u do
    Raids at least 1 bg nightmare raids if we get the interest will set up a 2nd normal raids bg
    Bg's no req's but usually finish in the 11% group

    need active team-players for AQ/Raids, AW, and Battlegrounds.

    We're a relaxed and supportive alliance running AQ maps 666x4 and three BG raids. Glory rewards 5500+ per week. Battlegrounds minimum 150k contribution. We're regularly top 1-10%, as many of us hit 300k+.

    AW is G3, two BGs. We run wars without stress, no item usage required (except free revives), but we mandatorily do full defender diversity and 100% maps on attack.

    Depends what you are looking for we run BG map 6 with one doing either Map 7 or 8

    Active Battlegrounds where there isn’t a limit currently but all expected to contribute.

    3 BG war currently sitting Gold 3 we play free wars no one is expected to pay anything out of pocket other 1 loyalty revives we just ask for 100% completion.

    AW G3, AQ map 8 boss rush and map 4, BGs 11-20% rewards. AW participation is mandatory, the rest is up to you. Relaxed but active group. Jake Jortles in game.

    Hey, we have a spot!

    AQ: 3 bgs map5 with epic mods.

    AW: optional 1-2 bgs, tier 5, Gold4 rank.

    Raids: 2 bgs minimum, first come basis.

    We use Line for comms. No other requirements.

    Part of the Avengers Resistance family, lots of friendly groups and other alliance opportunities if you fancy some change after a while.

    I got a G3 Ally, 6x3 AQ (5k+ glory/week) ally that uses discord. No BG mins, 1 BG of raids. Lmk if you're interested.
