Ares Epoch of Pain vigors bugged

I believe there’s a bug with gaining vigors during his phases and was wondering if anyone else has experienced this.

You’re meant to gain them cumulatively and they only reset when he enters a new phase. Well mine were resetting each time I died even during a single phase. If I’m correct from reading his abilities, that’s not meant to happen.

Added some photos of me with 16 vigors at 79% health. I die and you can see after I’m back to 1 but his next phase isn’t until 61%.

I’ve raised a ticket in hope that this gets looked into but wanted to see if anyone else can shed some light on this.

The only vigors that are cross-fight are the ones you earn from dying.
