Blacked screen in round 3 of bgs?

Not sure what to even say. Screen was black from the start of the fight and stood literally no chance. Has anyone else dealt with this

    I just had it happen. I had Prof X fighting Prof X and it was dim, but not black. The next fight was my Black Widow against AI Hercules. Luckily I was way over powered and one, but I saw NOTHING on the screen except the health bar.
