211M alliance. Plat 5 AW / 200ish AQ 1-10% BG looking for 3

AW rating: ~3020 (Tier 4 mainly)
AQ we run map 8888 and have consistently finished in the 200ish rank placing. We run raids every cycle. Finished nightmare raids on first round.
Battlegrounds: consistently finish top 1-10% in milestones (but not a requirement)
At the end of the current AW season a couple members are planning on taking a break/retiring. Looking for a couple of new members that can handle map 8 AQ / tier 4 AW and preferably will contribute to Battle grounds. We are not requiring any minimums on BG contributions but enough are active that we still place in 1-10%. Absolutely must be active and self sufficient. We do not tolerate having to constantly tag people to move/join/etc.
Must use Line to communicate. We are a laid back alliance with core members that have been here since the game started.
