Unaware Bug that might result in a suspension

So around the time the weekly crystals refresh on the website, I claimed both the weekly crystal and the daily crystal and went to open the game and went to open them. After like 10 minutes, I get another weekly and daily crystal sent to my stash in game and opened those as well. I’m afraid this is a bug that is benefiting a user so I’m a little scared. Idk what made me open those other 2 batch. Must be a glitch but somehow received 2 weekly and 2 daily crystals

I was just worried that something would happen to my account since I received 2 weekly crystals today instead of one, which is from a glitch/bug.

Kabam don’t care about that, lol, I got a new summoner supply drop calendar about a year ago when Miike was around, I made a thread and he said Kabam would look into removing it off me and nothing happened.

I claimed everything on it, remember bugs are ultimately on Kabam, not you.

I think that might have been the bans that resulted from that bug a long while ago involving people rerunning a side quest a thousand times for repeated rewards.

The phrase "unintended and excessive" was used to describe the threshold the devs would use when deciding if such behavior rose to the level of being ban-worthy.

It is highly unlikely to apply to someone accidentally getting two daily crystals. Now, if refreshing the store granted a new daily crystal every time, and you decided to do that five hundred times, then you might be on thin ice. But as a general rule, Kabam has stated in the past that if players get rewards accidentally through no fault of their own, and they do not go out of their way to do things they would not ordinarily do to get those rewards, those rewards are generally safe to claim and no one gets punished for collecting such rewards. The rewards have to be both obviously unintentional and the player must themselves take direct action to perpetuate the bug.

Hello folks. I’ve already claimed from the stash, went to open it and then off to arena. Just went to Home screen to claim the platinum track objectives to get the reward from the track and this valiant daily crystal popped up. I don’t know what to do as there is no X button.

I would claim the crystal and then quickly change your username so they can’t find your account to ban it, since we all know that is the number 1 most effective way to dodge bans

I decided to claim. Went to crystal menu and there was no extra daily crystal there. This is then a visual bug. In case there would be a crystal there then I would have proceeded to contact the support for additional help.
