New 6* Featured Bugged?

I opened 7 featured crystals and found it very odd that not 1 new champ was shown in ANY of my spins. I’m not complaining about not getting a new champ but I think this should be looked into. Like I said, it’s weird to not even see the any of the new champ thumbnails in the reel.

    Yeah, i opened 12 on one account, no featured. Thought nothing of it. Got the same on another account. Not even any featured in the reel. Not happy at all. I have AG's ready to go for any of the featured champs.

    I opened 700,000 shards of new 6* featured and never got one new featured champ, all the champs I got were not even in the pool itself it's a joke, I would like my shards back and you can take the useless dupes that were good for nothing got one new champ punisher 2099 and he's not in the pool, what the hell is going on things get worse and worse
