Featured 6* Crystal bugged?

I am not kidding but just now I opened 25 featured crystals and still I didn't get a single featured champ. The funny thing is I pulled characters that are not in the pool like Guillotine, kinda funny right? But it isn't.

    The same. Spent 300k shards. The champions that appeared are not even in the pool!
