Opened my crystals without permission

I just opened 21 of the new featured.
Like everyone else I got only old champs not in the crystal.
Bug or prank?
When I realized something was wrong I stopped and decided to save the last 9 crystals.
Left the game to comment on forum and when I went back in game those nine crystals where gone and opened as well.
I didn’t give Kabam permission to do that.
I want all of my 30 crystals refunded I’m not touching any of the champs that I got or anything.
