I bought 5 Bastion/Jean Grey crystals and Jean Grey wasn’t even in there

That’s false advertisement. I have a 5 star Bastion and 4 star Jean, I specifically saved and didn’t buy Jean crystal to get crystal with chance of 6* for both. Out of 5 crystals I got zero bastions and Jean never showed on the reel even though she was in TOP PRIZES slideshow

    The reel is only for show. Doesn't matter if you see her in there or not. She's there

    Word for the wise, never buy those crystals. They say increased chance but it’s like .38%. That means if you buy 100 you may not even get one. I’ know this is no consolation, but if everyone stopped buying these crystals with terrible rates they’d have to change something.
