Exp Farming Methods/Tips

I'm a paragon and i'm at level 51.. id want to know if you guys got any level farming methods or tips since i want to reach level 60.

    Use XP enhancers and play using energy refills

    Always have an xp boost on and use all your refills while it's active.

    Some quests give more xp than others, it's been a while so I wouldn't know where the best bang for buck is anymore.
