Account data issue related to alliance war

Hello,

I am facing a crazy situation and need help from Kabam.

I am doing 5 AW each season. I am playing the first once then all weekend to have the 5 required. It is always like that.
But for this season I have not received any rewards so I raised a ticket and Kabam support looped saying that I had done only 4 and they verified my account.
So there is a problem of data recorded in my account because with no doubt possible I have done 5 AW.

I have played AW on 6-7 Mars
I have played AW on 8-9 Mars
I have played AW on 15-16 Mars
I have played AW on 22-23 Mars
I have played AW on 29-30/Mars

Apparently Kabam do not see my first war. I have been told that they checked my account so there is incorrect datas recorded on my account

Weirdly this is the war where kabam corrected point issue. Maybe it did impact mdatas on my account; I don't know but I have done 5 AW.
Did anyone checked the log of the AW?
Can someone in Kabam have a look and look at the log of the wars and tell we who played if this is not me? Who's defense it was, if this was not mine?

Honestly, it's what any person would think that uses the forums. A brand new account posts something, and then another brand new account posts something in support, isn't even online for more than a minute.

The forums won't actually help you much for your issue - I'd suggest sending another ticket to support and asking them to look at it again, explains that the first war was the one Kabam had to correct for everyone.

I understand and unfortunately, there is a lot of people coming and saying something then it is demonstrating, they are lying... and this does not help me now.

I'm not searching only people who can have the same issue, I am also searching someone from Kabam who can have a look to the was log and look at the pretended missing AW as I can't believe they will see anyone else than mein attack and defense and also look at the reward I received after the end of the affected war because he should se that I have received was rewards.
I can do 1000 ticket, Kabam support just look at the number of was registered in my account and close the ticket; they are not looking at potential issue with the data.

So this is part of the issue, because in game they are not available that long I can only screenshot the last 3 and same for the ingame messages which disappear

The only thing I could provide is the screenshot of our line chat where I said that I was leaving a defender for someone else as I had no counter for him

If so, yes, that 1st war having problems, and not counting for many, does seem like for safety sake people would have maybe wanted to get in one extra war just to make sure.

If your Alliance is only running 1 BG (or maybe 2 BG) and have to squeeze in everyone to get able to get their 5 wars in, then your overall Final Ranking is probably in lower ranks anyways, and not as good of rewards as 3 BG Alliances.

But as to original comments, who told you that “they checked your account” ? Do you mean Kabam ? Or your leadership checking your own alliance's records ?

Kabam support told me they verified my account and that I have not participated, but I did, and I have not heard that 1st war could not count; because of the adjustment done after.

I will do another ticket to kabam support

It's a bug. Other summoners should have the same issue. But I don't understand that Kabam do not have the datas for the entire season. It's Kafkaian. You made a report for a bug 28 days away. And then, but we don't have the datas. We have screenshot of our organisation that ldubus played ligne 8. And Kabam have nothing. Nothing is proved by them. This is not normal. They should give the rewards because this bug.

Obviously I have reopned the ticket and asked to escalate to someone else who have more access to vérify the war datas as they still exist in their database...

and the answer:

"As we have explained previously, we are unable to verify your participation in the required number of Wars within this season due to the time that has passed since the event ended. In the future, we suggest that you contact us right away for missing rewards rather than contacting us after a month or so from the Event completion. While it seems we have been unable to fully meet your expectations in this situation, we do appreciate the chance to address this for you."

I don't know what to say, I have reopened yesterday asking the ticket to be send to someone who have the access to older datas and the only thing the support did was closing my ticket saying this is a duplicate of my initial ticket which was hard closed reason why I made this new one.

What rewards were you supposed to get? Can’t imagine you are in masters or platinum with only 2 BG. Gold and below rewards are ****. I advise to just let it go instead of wasting time with support.

We are gold 3, and indeed the rewards does are not relevant, but the principal remain critical.
Investment need to be rewarded
Bugs need to be solved
Support need to really take action on request raised to them and escalate then when they are blocked and not just close them
There is nothing of this right now.
and this mean this will happen again and again and again against any player

What your described problem is, is extremely rare however and support has tried helping you multiple times and still can't help. If it was masters or plat 1/2, then yea maybe keep trying but any other ranks, nah just let it go. This is a 1 in a million occurance of a problem. Consider it bad luck and move on.
