The last couple of times I used beta ray bill, his sp1 is not refreshing shocks that expired during the special. Anyone else notice that?

    did u hold heavy b4 sp2and get all 5 intensities ?

    The shocks only reapply during sp1 if his buff pause from cancelling heavy charge into sp2 is active. Otherwise they just detonate and are gone. Are you maintaining his buff pause?

    Oops. That explains it. I did not do sp2 because those fights were almost over before I could get to sp2
