Why are all the rewards for watching the stream broken?

I am mad. I just spent an hour watching the Twitch stream because I want the rewards. They are literally the only way to make the streams bearable. Yet you, Kabam, messed up both possible rewards I could have earned.

1. You did not activate twitch drops until 3/4 of the way through the stream. It is not impossible to watch any longer and earn the rewards.
2. You did not reset the coupon redemption limit for the store code StingAndAMiss. I input the code immediately after Dave said it, but I could not redeem.


Please explain to me why I wasted an hour watching you for nothing to gain.

Yeah I was confused by this too. I only got the energy refills in the end.

I watched the whole thing and didnt get any rewards, not even the energy refills. All I saw in my activity was the drop from a past livestream.

We're reviewing what happened but it looks like the drops were set in utc but our stream schedule is pacific, so while utc doesnt do daylight savings, we do. Annoying mixup there. Looking into what we can do to offset it

I inputted the code STINGANDAMISS as soon as they said it, but it said it was an invalid code. When I type it in now it says the redeem limit has been reached. So I had the exact same code, inputted at the time and it didn’t work but now it’s reached a limit… this is very poor @Kabam Miike and Dave 😤 go and look at the data, it will show you that what I say is true. And drops don’t work, another utter let down!

that's why I think these hidden codes are a waste of time. Just do like previous streams and just announce the code

I watched the live stream from beginning to end and only give energy drop. The other drops still didn’t get . Your live stream is bugged too. I´m not the only one with this issue.

Yes, it's a pretty wide issue. Probably why there's a large yellow banner at the top of the page on which you made this post.

While I understand the proposed these various "live" promo code.

But honestly, it worth asking if it really worth it?

It just seem to cause players stressing out to hunt for these code and rearranged their life just to catch the livestream.

Does it really increase players encouragement?

Honestly those players already trying to hard to watch these livestream, then they already so committed to they game.

So does it really matter if players watch live and rewatch, they still encaged, what make it so hard for them to feel like part of the community without turning their life upside down.

Plus it just makes people feel bad. All week I saw marketing for the "hidden" codes. Why did Kabam choose to promote this concept when only 2 people would win? It made two people feel good and the rest of us feel like we missed out on something.
